Why You Feel Different Every Week Of Your Cycle

The menstrual cycle is the only system in the human body that is supposed to feel different every single week. Imagine if we treated it that way.

Week one: estrogen low. The reset. Week two: estrogen climbs. You feel sharper, more social, more like yourself. Week three: progesterone rises. The slow-down. Week four: both drop. The reckoning.

The point is not to optimize each week. The point is to stop being surprised by them.
